Anthony:Elections are always done through voting using secret ballots presided over by the KUSA electoral commission.Other students are always updated on how the election process is going on through the projection of the event live from one strategic place. this usually takes place as the counting takes place in different polling stations which are the different satellite campuses and also the main campus.
Carol:What are some of the challenges student leaders face:
Anthony:Leadership is not a walk in the park as many people thinks. Challenges are part of our everyday life and whether we like it or not we must face them for us to become strong in future. Some of the challenges we student leaders face are intimidation from colleague students ,and at certain time threats from the management can become a big challenge to student leaders because the management interests should be given the first priority than anything else. Student leaders can sometimes also become a challenge when it comes to managing your academics and leadership and this is where imbalance comes in. You get some students giving one thing a priority than the other.
Carol:Lastly, what do u understand by the term leadership.
Anthony:Leadership is he ability to act as a role model in leading people, elevating and safeguarding their rights without demur.
